Quick Start Class: Cables Galore!

Cables are definitely in for 2026! If you’ve been eyeing that fabulous fisherman’s pullover, but are intimidated by all the twists and turns—not to mention the wacky charts—this Quick Start class is for you!

What you’ll learn:

• How to make left- and right-cross cables.
• How to make cables with and without a cable needle.
• How to read a cable chart and tips for keeping things straight.

Yarn & Tools: 

• 50 grams of worsted weight yarn
• US7/4.5mm needles of your choice
• cable needle
• Also bring along a cable pattern you’ve been eyeing up  so you can practice on something you want to knit!

Skill level: This class is for those who are comfortable knitting and purling and have some experience reading knitting charts.
